real things

“The real things haven't changed. It is still best to be honest and truthful; to make the most of what we have; to be happy with simple pleasures; and have courage when things go wrong.”

may my heart always be open to
little birds who are the secrets of living
whatever they sing is better than to know
and if men should not hear them men are old

may my mind stroll about hungry
and fearless and thirsty and supple
and even if it’s sunday
may i be wrong for
whenever men are right
they are not young and
may myself do nothing usefully
and love yourself so more than truly
there’s never been quite such a fool who could fail
pulling all the sky over him with one smile

With every breath you take there is thought.

With every thought you have there is the potential for reaching an emotional state regarding the thought depending on how much "time" you give the thought.

With every emotion YOU FEEL there is an "attraction" of "the likeness" of that emotion towards you; meaning out of the people, places and things that are coming towards you, you will experience your "calling of the emotion" out of that new contrast. Meaning you placed and order paying for it with your emotion and as you walk forward you come across the very thing you ordered, being able to experience it.

When you GET that with every emotion you have, there is "a manifestation" of the essence of "your thoughts" occurring within the reality you yourself form, THEN you will WANT to be more deliberate about what it is you give thought and your attention too.

This is why, those who like to sit on the side lines observing life and commenting on it from that detached position, suffer life in a way that is ONLY as good as it gets depending on how good or bad it gets within all being observed. When one lives life this way then one really has little control over what one is manifesting and experiencing.

Life IS about observing the physical realities, but IS NOT about being "subject" to it.

Emotion comes forward when you give time to a thought by giving it attention, so when you become more discerning about "how much time" you spend on a subject, you get to control the emotional flow, redirecting the creative vibration of the emotions YOU CHOOSE to create with.

The thoughts that once fed you great powerful negative emotions will not seem as important to you as you will no longer be "subject" to those emotions by giving it SO MUCH OF YOUR TIME. "One"
